Return Process

  Log into your GAMEON account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to generate your unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original box along with all manuals and cables, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
